The accommodation is
all on the upper floor and comprises the following:-
The apartment is entered via a door at the rear of
the building which leads to a flight of stairs to
the upper floor.
Comfortably furnished living/dining room with open
fire and excellent views from the window which looks
out over the roofs of Portree towards the Cuillins
in the distance.
The
dining area has a dining table and chairs, and an
excellent view!
There
is a modern kitchen with electric cooker,
fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and the usual small kitchen
appliances.
The
apartment is heated with electric panel heaters and
electric storage radiators.
There
are 2 double bedrooms, both spacious.
Both the bedrooms face the rear of the property with
windows looking out on to the garden.
The
bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a wash hand
basin, WC and a fan heater.
Towels and linen are supplied in both bedrooms.
To the rear of the property, the apartment has its
own pleasant sloping lawned garden with a garden
shed.
