The accommodation is all on the upper floor and comprises the following:-

  • The apartment is entered via a door at the rear of the building which leads to a flight of stairs to the upper floor.

  • Comfortably furnished living/dining room with open fire and excellent views from the window which looks out over the roofs of Portree towards the Cuillins in the distance.

  • The dining area has a dining table and chairs, and an excellent view!

  • There is a modern kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and the usual small kitchen appliances.

  • The apartment is heated with electric panel heaters and electric storage radiators.

The Braes has a very pleasant lounge/dining room with excellent views from the window.

  • To the rear of the property, the apartment has its own pleasant sloping lawned garden with a garden shed.
